  1. Big optimizations for picture mode changes. If there is already a picture mode request in the apex queue and HDFury says to select another picture mode, only the latest will be processed. Added grouping of commands in queue to allow entire groups to be ignored.
  2. Added ability to skip operations in a profile if a picture mode change results in no operation because the JVC is already in that picture mode
  3. Apex disconnects from JVC after a period of time. This allows other entities to connect via IP and also makes the JVC's IR remote work better
