[P2] Regenerate the toolchain fingerprint alongside this lockfile update
The builder copies this lockfile into lib/dsh/package-lock.json, includes it in checksums.sha256, and hashes that manifest. This update therefore changes the toolchain fingerprint, but TOOLCHAIN_IDENTITIES['deepseek-harness'].fingerprint in packages/eval/src/toolchain-verification.ts is unchanged. A freshly rebuilt toolchain will be rejected by verifyToolchainDirectory before the DeepSeek evaluation starts. The 'Verify DeepSeek Harness toolchain fingerprint' CI step is also failing on this head. Please rebuild the pinned linux/amd64 toolchain using --write and include the regenerated identity in this PR.
