Also, Maven anyway replaces TypeRegistry, so create simple for start

Clean up, make scope manager optional, and hence, make them really reusable.
This prepares dedup in Maven 3.10+ as those counterparts (duplicates) can now be dropped.
Finally, open up suppliers, making them extension and integration friendly.
