What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The
DisallowedUntilLayoutVersionannotation only accepts anOMLayoutFeature. Since annotation parameters can't be interfaces likeComponentVersion, we need to create a new annotation that acceptsOzoneManagerVersion.What is the link to the Apache JIRA
