SpotBugsto 4.10.3.In addition,
gradle/verification-metadata.xmlis regenerated from scratch by following theAGENTS.mdguide, which replaces the SpotBugs 4.10.2 checksums with 4.10.3 ones (includingits new transitive dependency
Saxon-HE12.10) and removes the stale entries oflog4j2.26.0 andjunit-bom6.1.0.Why are the changes needed?
To bring the latest bug fixes.
