Mostly authored by OpenCode, with lots of cleanups. @component is now deprecated, but it should still be used. Add support for an encrypted config. MavenProject.getDependencyArtifacts() was deprecated a long time ago along with the setter. This should still be used.

I did not know that feature existed and I did not feel like removing the code. |
