Description
This PR implements the initial setup for the standalone Sketch to UI plugin. It includes the foundational Android module configurations, basic Gradle build scripts, and initial assets required for the plugin.

Included module configuration (
build.gradle.kts) targeting SDK 35 and added initial plugin assets (such asicon_day.png).Screen.Recording.2026-05-29.at.3.18.53.PM.mov
