Add Sentinel-1D (SD) as a subtype across the application to prepare for S1D data availability in CMR. Changes follow the same pattern used for Sentinel-1C. - Add SD subtype to Sentinel-1 and S1-Burst dataset definitions - Add sentinel1d critical baseline values (beam/polarization) - Add Sentinel-1D to browse overlay, scene filtering, filename display, download queue, and raw data toggle conditions

Summary
Add Sentinel-1D (satellite code "SD") support to Vertex, following the same pattern used for Sentinel-1C. This includes dataset subtypes, critical baselines, browse overlays, scene filtering, filename display, and download queue support.
