Enable Softlight Designer
This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow that lets Softlight review future pull requests in this
repo.
Once this PR is merged, Softlight will scan changed UI in new PRs and leave design suggestions
directly on the PR.
Softlight will not push commits, modify your branch, or change your code. You can apply its
suggestions, ask your team to adjust them, or ignore them.
