• Pi / gentle-shell (pi/themes/refactoria.json): text #FFFFFF, brandViolet and selection #7127FF, warning #FFB547.
• Claude Code (claude/themes/refactoria.json): same mapping for suggestion, selectionBg, warning, bashBorder and the subagent yellow.
• Ghostty: cursor uses the amber spark; cursor text stays #0B0714 (11.3:1).
• macOS: new scripts/macos-appearance.sh, called from install.sh, sets dark mode, the purple accent preset and a #A477FF text highlight. Supports --dry-run and skips non-macOS platforms. Wallpaper and icon tint stay manual.

Fish and Starship already used the right tokens, so they are unchanged.

Verification

• JSON themes parse with python3 -m json.tool.
• Contrast ratios computed against #0B0714, #17102A and #2C2144.
• bash -n passes for install.sh and scripts/macos-appearance.sh; ./install.sh --dry-run lists the appearance steps without applying them.
• After a real run, defaults read -g returns Dark, 5 and 0.643137 0.466667 1.000000 Other.
• Not verified visually yet in Herdr Desktop, Pi, Claude Code or Ghostty.
