Summary

  • SketchyBar: new sketchybar/colors.sh is the single palette, sourced by sketchybarrc and every plugin (no hex literals left outside it). The beard mark uses the accent-spark amber #FFB547 instead of the local gold #FFDE70; wifi.sh uses ANSI 5 #C7A6FF instead of the off-palette #C6ADFF. docs/refactoria-branding.md updated.
  • Pi / gentle-shell theme (pi/themes/refactoria.json):
    • The user's messages use solid brand-500 #7127FF with white text (6.1:1); Pi's own chrome (custom messages, tool titles and output, thinking) moves to grays (light-200, text-2), so the two read apart.
    • toolSuccessBg is dark-800 #17102A instead of a green tint (gentle-shell also uses it for the editor box and status panel).
    • Context gauge: gauge.* vars set █/░ glyphs (matching the Claude Code statusline), #A477FF used, warning from 80%, error from 95%, border for empty cells.

Verification

  • bash -n passes on sketchybarrc, colors.sh and all plugins; after sketchybar --reload, the beard items report 0xffffb547 and plugin items resolve palette colors.
  • Pi theme JSON validates; vars accepts string values per Pi's theme schema, so the glyph keys do not break loading.
  • Not covered: the startup banner only supports the pink|cyan|yellow|green presets in gentle-pi, so it stays yellow (#FFD25F); remote hosts keep their own older Pi theme copy until synced.
