Ticket: CCP-4883
Before adding / adjusting the UX for demos, it was time to stabilize and clean up the styling elements. Use the BC Design System and React-Aria wherever possible (helps with accessibility). Should use the standards and tools provided to us. This is done with a complete removal of tailwind and using Bootstrap over Formio. Formio CSS (which generally uses it's own bundled bootstrap) is used as the lowest level layer to prevent it from introducing UX "glitches" when it loads (overriding existing bootstrap styles).
Bring in th I18nProvider which helps the DS components handle language better and works for accessibility.
Future: use the BC Design System React components wherever possible. Minimize dependence on Bootstrap. Limit formio css to formio only.
