Migrates App.vue from a top navigation bar to a SaaS-style left sidebar (AppSidebar.vue + NavIcon.vue), with three responsive tiers: full desktop, an auto icon-only compact range, and an off-canvas mobile drawer. Relocates FilterBar, ProfileMenu, and LanguageSwitcher accordingly. Also adds a generated architecture overview doc.
