Summary

• line-capture and line-analyze are now skills in .agents/skills/, each with its scripts in a scripts/ folder.
• The four scripts move out of scripts/ and get the updates that scripts: make the LINE extension capture work on macOS, Linux and Windows #278 had: a dependency preflight, and a launcher that works on macOS, Linux and Windows (Git Bash).
• .claude/skills links to .agents/skills, so Claude Code finds the skills. Codex already reads .agents/skills.

Why

On #280, @highesttt asked to improve the skills here and review them, instead of pointing to a repo outside the project. This stack does that. Each PR adds or updates one part:

1. This PR: line-capture and line-analyze.
2. line-test-plan.
3. line-evidence.
4. line-beeper-api.
5. line-implement, and the old .agents/commands folder goes away.

GitHub cannot stack PRs from a fork, so every PR targets main. Until this one merges, the diff of each later PR also shows this one.

Changes

• .agents/commands/line-capture.md and .agents/commands/line-analyze.md become .agents/skills/line-capture/SKILL.md and .agents/skills/line-analyze/SKILL.md.
• scripts/line-chrome-capture.sh and scripts/line-cdp-capture.py move to .agents/skills/line-capture/scripts/.
  • New line-capture-preflight.sh checks Chrome (Chromium on Linux), Python 3.8+ and websocket-client. It prints OK or MISSING per item. The launcher refuses to start while something is missing, because without it only the net-log is saved.
  • The launcher finds Chrome and Python on each OS and refuses Windows Chrome from WSL.
  • The CDP recorder releases every page-like target. Before, windows that the extension opens (Settings, group popups) sometimes started frozen with "Debugger paused in another tab".
• scripts/parse-line-traffic.py and scripts/redact-line-capture.py move to .agents/skills/line-analyze/scripts/. The analyze skill now prefers the CDP capture over the net-log, and redacts before anything is read or quoted.
• .agents/skills/line-implement/REFERENCE.md points at the new script paths. The full line-implement update comes in PR 5.

How it was tested

• These skills were used for the captures behind two open PRs:
  • media: send and receive GIFs like the LINE Chrome Extension #284 (GIFs): the CDP capture was recorded with line-capture and parsed and redacted with line-analyze. The field-by-field findings are in this comment.
  • connector: send group name and photo changes to LINE #279 (group name and photo): the redacted requests and op 121 events are in this comment.
• bash .agents/skills/line-capture/scripts/line-capture-preflight.sh on macOS (arm64): all OK.
• bash -n on both shell scripts and python3 -m py_compile on the Python scripts.
• pre-commit run on every changed file: passed.

Not tested (and why)

• The launcher was not run from its new path for a full capture. In this repo it finds the repository root from its own location (four folders up), instead of asking git.
• Linux and Windows were not run for this PR.
