Hello! I'd like to contribute a new development tool for Web3 developers.

LUMEN is a decentralized World Computer infrastructure with autonomous agent kernel and context bus on Base Mainnet, compatible with LangChain.

I believe this will be useful for Solidity developers building AI-powered blockchain applications.
