add marketplace metadata in package.json (icon, galleryBanner, markdown, improved description and discoverability keywords) bump extension version to 1.2.0 add release scripts (validate:grammar, package, package:ci) add extension icon at icon.png create CHANGELOG.md with entries for 1.0.0, 1.1.0, and 1.2.0 add CI workflow at ci.yml for grammar validation and VSIX packaging refresh README.md with clearer usage, release workflow, and repository links optimize .vscodeignore to exclude CI files from VSIX payload
