Topic: Build out a Re-useable Tabs Component in React

Objectives:

• Utilize parent and child components to manage tabular data
• Integrate React Router for tabs connected to the route path
• Implement useState hooks to keep track of active tab state for tabs that don’t utilize react router
• Combine both route and state based tabs to render a re-useable Tab component
