Adds Relay Baton to the Agent infrastructure section.\n\nRelay Baton is a local CLI/LaunchAgent monitor for Codex Desktop/CLI long tasks. It detects compact failures and context-window overflow, writes auditable handoff bundles, and queues one safe relay so unattended work has a recovery path. It fits this list as agent infrastructure rather than as a standalone coding agent.
