Corrections to tools/scaling

Correct a few erros in the scaling tool meant to work with hopla.

• Replace relative paths by absolute ones in data.tsv when copied from rawdata.tsv.
• Bind the output directory.
• Put the right brainprep function name.
• Correct typos.
