Just a dummy query parameter to invalidate the cached badge.

Do we have to adjust this query parameter every now and again? Any docs from imgshield?

This isn't a parameter they support - just something to change the link. Hopefully we shouldn't need to change it again but just bump the v parameter next time to do so.

The current license badge is showing a cached "Unable to select next GitHub token from pool". Make a small change to the shields.io link to invalidate the cache to show the proper license badge.
