Adds the missing /docs/chat/guides/writing-an-adapter page covering how to author a runtime adapter against the Agent contract.
Includes a worked in-process EchoAgent factory (~80 lines) plus DI wiring + conformance test usage. Demonstrates the same contract that @ngaf/langgraph and @ngaf/ag-ui satisfy.
