docs: audit API coverage and responsive layout

Summary

• remove stale generated MDX docs that are outside the configured Angular docs inventory
• expand generated API docs and llms context for a2ui, licensing, telemetry, plus chat testing and telemetry sub-entrypoints
• add docs drift and mobile overflow regression coverage, and fix the nav/footer responsive breakpoints that caused horizontal overflow
