Overview
Bumps the locked Pillow dependency from 12.2.0 to 12.3.0 in
uv.lockonly (nopyproject.tomlor application code changes). Pillow is pulled in transitively (e.g. via matplotlib).Upstream 12.3.0 adds image-processing performance work, security-related release notes, and removes non-image ImageCms modes—worth a quick check only if the project uses color management APIs directly (unlikely for typical chainladder plotting).
