ws.cboxtax.com ran PHP 8.4.19: ghcr.io/gophpeek/baseimages hasn't been rebuilt since March. This moves to cboxdk/php-baseimages (PHP 8.4.27, today's security release) and its process manager cbox-init.

  • docker/phpeek-pm.yaml → docker/cbox-init.yaml: the image's default config plus the existing start-up steps.
  • Migrate and seed run as www-data (as root they left a SQLite database PHP-FPM couldn't write).
  • Reverb waits for migrate + seed (it raced them: no such table: cache, then a restart).

Tested locally (arm64): PHP 8.4.27, cbox-init PID 1, start-up order, /health 200 with Reverb up, a websocket handshake gets pusher:connection_established for an app seeded from REVERB_SEED_APPS.

ghcr.io/gophpeek/baseimages has not been rebuilt since March: the image ran PHP
8.4.19, eight patch releases and several security fixes behind. The same images
now come from cboxdk/php-baseimages (PHP 8.4.27 today), whose process manager is
cbox-init, PHPeek PM's successor: docker/phpeek-pm.yaml becomes
docker/cbox-init.yaml, the image's own default plus this repository's start-up
steps (permissions, migrations, seeding Reverb applications).

Two behaviour fixes come with it. Migrations and the seed run as www-data, so a
SQLite database they create stays writable for PHP-FPM (as root it was not:
'attempt to write a readonly database'). Reverb waits for them: it read the
cache and its applications before the tables existed and had to be restarted.
