resty.utilsmodule to rockspec —lib/resty/utils.lua(added in v0.3.0 for ECDH-ES Concat KDF) was not declared in the LuaRocks rockspec, causingluarocks install lua-resty-jwtto fail at runtime. (Closes #68)
