What this is

Companion research to the restructure proposal in #2209no navigation or content moves. Five documents under restructure-research/:

Doc Contents
01-benchmark-report.md Live audit (2026-07) of 11 leading docs sets — Base, World, Optimism, Solana, TON/Telegram, Coinbase CDP, Stripe, NEAR, Privy, Abstract, Crossmint — scored on IA, agent positioning, AI-readability stack, quickstart, and Web2 accessibility, with the consensus patterns Celo should adopt
02-restructure-review.md Review of the 4-tab proposal from the agent-first lens: what to endorse as-is, the one gap (agents/mini apps filed under Guides instead of leading), and evidence-backed positions on all 7 open decisions in #2209
03-web2-readability-audit.md Page-by-page walk of two Web2-developer journeys — agent payments (landing → Build with AI → x402) and agent identity (Self) — with a jargon inventory and ranked fixes. Headline findings: the landing page never mentions agents, and Self Agent ID (live on Celo mainnet) is undocumented
04-freshness-automation-proposal.md Proposal only (nothing implemented): scheduled loops that draft labeled bot PRs when cLabs repos release, new projects appear in the org, or program pages (Prezenti, CeloPG) change or disappear — including explicit handling of removals; page-level freshness frontmatter; guardrails; phasing
05-skills-and-feedback-discussion.md Discussion input for a separate conversation: one central feedback skill vs a feedback flag in every skill, and Celopedia's role as the docs encyclopaedia

Bundled content change

Removes the discontinued Celo Camp accelerator from contribute-to-celo/builders.mdx and contribute-to-celo/index.mdx. The Startup Pathway link went with it since it was presented as a Celo Camp program — flag in review if it should be re-added standalone. This removal doubles as the worked example for the removals section of doc 04.

Relationship to #2209

Reinforces its structure and migration mechanics; proposes changes inside that structure (Build-tab group order, a real homepage, an AI-resources page) rather than an alternative to it. mint broken-links passes.

…trategy

- Watch merged PRs on documented tooling (Celo Composer, x402, Celopedia,
MCP, skills) and verify the matching docs pages after each merge
- Watch docs.minipay.xyz (llms.txt hash); recommend slimming Celo's MiniPay
section to one overview that links out to the official MiniPay docs
- Point agent-identity content at the canonical Self Agent ID URL
