docs: add dict, gitlog, stocks extensions to directory - #477

Sync three published Deskworks extensions into the directory table: - dict (full dictionary with synonyms/antonyms) - gitlog (recent git commits in a cell) - stocks (live stock/crypto ticker via Yahoo Finance)

Three published Deskworks extensions were missing from the extensions directory. This syncs them in.
dictgitlogstocksEach repo exists, is public, and has a valid
quicksheet-extension.jsonmanifest. Docs-only change; no build impact. (moon-ext and gomod are handled by separate open PRs #465/#475.)
