Thanks for your contribution, but merging two contributors is not what #265 was talking about. happy to chat over on CHAOSS Slack in the #wg-collectoss-8knot channel if you'd like an issue to work on thats a better fit for a first contribution or if theres additional context behind this change that I'm missing |

This adds a cli command collectoss db merge-contributors <primary_cntrb_id> <duplicate_cntrb_id> to merge two duplicate contributors
