- PR docs(license): restore the full MIT text and record V9 #10 merged at 3b0ad35; main ci 39623493254 and image 39623493522 are both completed/success.
- The default-branch GitHub license API returns MIT; V9 is closed.
- Update the project-state and handoff evidence, plus the line count.
