Plan only: external-facing English README plus a separate Chinese mirror, real Web UI screenshots, Docker Compose quick start and fallback, the collection/search/match/favourite/manual-apply path, verification evidence, limits, and docs index/project-state updates. Extend 0025 with tools/dev/demo-up.sh (Docker check, random .env generation, compose build/start, nginx-or-Python proxy fallback, default seed, URL) and tools/dev/demo-seed.sh (12 synthetic jobs including C++ backend, idempotent import). README Quick Start becomes one command; scripts remain developer tooling with no core code changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
