Summary:

align release matrices and generated evidence with their source manifests
make GPU device initialization single-flight and expose OPFS cache telemetry
add a publication hygiene gate and redact private workstation paths from versioned evidence

Validation:

all 425 test files passed
check:green passed
publication hygiene passed across 5007 files
