Summary
Adds a new how-to guide for zero-downtime migration to Cloudflare for SaaS. Covers the full
pre-validation sequence: creating the custom hostname, validating ownership via HTTP token or TXT
record before DNS cutover, optionally pre-issuing the TLS certificate (Delegated DCV, TXT DCV,
or manual HTTP DCV), confirming active status, then updating the end customer's CNAME.
