Summary
Adds a changelog entry for the new MRT Explorer tool on Cloudflare Radar. The tool parses MRT (Multi-Threaded Routing Toolkit) dump files entirely in the browser, letting users inspect BGP messages, AS paths, community attributes, and more — without uploading anything.
