ck 0.1.17: /ck:start puts up chips again - #46

The desktop app no longer has spawn_task, so /ck:start fell back to blocks to paste. A stage's session, and a fix's, is now offered with start_session as an own_initiative chip the author clicks, in its own worktree, with the model tiers.conf gives for the row's model word.
