Lanes are Tier 1 item 4: the model follows the task, not the persona. Row 4 of the ck2 features table moves to planned, the sequencing gains a Then line, and Open Questions gains question 3 on effort per lane. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
