/ck:do now reads 1,082 words per run instead of 3,344 (SKILL.md 2,746 plus the 598-word roster).

  • skills/do/SKILL.md (946 words) keeps the common path: the plan, "go", background agents on their own tiers, the build on its own branch, merge.
  • Rare branches move to their own files under skills/do/ (elsewhere, draw, write-check, in-place, change, trouble), each read only when its case comes up. The builder reads its rules from skills/do/build.md.
  • New scripts/do.sh runs the git steps: look (with a one-line-per-persona roster), start, back (with a ready: yes|no verdict), merge, pr, discard.
  • tests/run.sh section 18 runs do.sh (clean merge, conflicts, not grown from the base, no remote, discard) in place of checking the skill's wording.
  • ROADMAP: 0.1.18 row, Tier 1 item 2, revision entry. Version 0.1.18.

bash tests/run.sh: 480 passed, 0 failed.

/ck:do now reads 1,082 words per run instead of 3,344. SKILL.md keeps the
common path (plan, go, background agents, the build on its branch, merge)
at 946 words; each rare branch has its own file under skills/do/, read only
when its case comes up. The builder reads its rules from skills/do/build.md.

scripts/do.sh runs the git steps (look with a one-line-per-persona roster,
start, back with a ready verdict, merge, pr, discard). tests/run.sh section
18 runs the script instead of checking the skill's wording.
