Each project's ck team is the core (River, Quinn, Akira, Sasha, Kai, Robin, Alex, Morgan) plus the invites and drops in .claude/ck-team.conf. Re-scoped from the 2026-10-16 proposal on the proof Will approved on 2026-10-28 (https://claude.ai/artifact/LzoSYobtQUBHBTpeEiNQQD): never casts off the team (G1), a note and no card for a plan row off the team (G2), no file means the core (G3), the full /ck:team invites its cast (G4).

  • scripts/team.py: show, roster, context, invite, drop. The last line about a persona wins; the file keeps only what differs from the core.
  • SessionStart hook: one paragraph naming the team.
  • /ck:do (do.sh look), workflows/opportunity-draft.js, workflows/plan-draft.js: cast only from the team; a prompt's fixed seats still run.
  • scripts/plan.py: check notes, card refuses, an owner off the team. No change to skills/start/ or the Who column.
  • /ck:team show | invite | drop; the full run invites its Cast at the end.
  • Cut: the switch-command warning (C7), core.conf, team.py has, team-draft.js and roadmap-draft.js changes.
  • Tests: section 23 (10 cases). bash tests/run.sh: 495 passed, 0 failed.

Try it in d20mob, after the plugin serves 0.1.20, with d20mob's .claude/ck-team.conf written as the proposal shows (/ck:team invite reiner the game's mechanics, then tracy, travolta, piper):

  1. New session: "who is on the team?" names twelve seats, not Noon.
  2. /ck:opportunity <idea>: the domain seat is Reiner or Tracy.
  3. /ck:team invite noon: one line changes; the next session names Noon.
  4. A plan row owned by Noon (before step 3): plan.py check notes it and /ck:start gives no card.

Each project's ck team is the core (River, Quinn, Akira, Sasha, Kai, Robin,
Alex, Morgan) plus the invites and drops in .claude/ck-team.conf. A project
with no file has the core. scripts/team.py reads and writes it; the
SessionStart hook names the team in one paragraph; /ck:do and the opportunity
and plan workflows cast only from it; plan.py check notes, and plan.py card
refuses, a row whose owner is off the team. /ck:team show, invite, and drop
change the file; the full /ck:team invites its cast when it finishes.

Re-scoped from the 2026-10-16 proposal on a proof Will approved 2026-10-28.
