Adds Save Forever to the x402 ecosystem.
Save Forever lets agents permanently store a file on Arweave for a few cents via x402 (USDC on Base) — zero-knowledge encrypted: the file is encrypted client-side, so the service only ever receives ciphertext it cannot read. Files are unlocked by the owner's wallet signature, with a recovery-code backup. An agent-native "save this forever" primitive: pay-per-use, no accounts, no server you have to trust with your data.
