Wheels / PyPI

  • Repair Linux wheels with auditwheel so PyPI accepts the platform tag.
  • Make the twine upload non-fatal and emit a warning noting that PyPI authentication (TWINE_TOKEN) needs to be fixed. Publishing remains restricted to master on collabora/libsurvive.

Someone with GitHub settings access to the secrets and PyPI access needs to set the token correctly if we want to still publish. If we're not going to fix that in the short term, I can change this to not attempt the upload.

Build Nuget

  • useful_files/get_version.py falls back to 0.0.0.<commit count> when git has no tags (as setup.py does). Previously $version was empty and the pack step failed with a missing NuGetVersion.
  • libs/cnkalman/CMakeLists.txt: Python is no longer REQUIRED at configure time. Nothing consumes Python_*, and the -A Win32 build failed on x64-only runners with "Wrong architecture for the interpreter".
  • make.ps1: stop on the first failing cmake/dotnet step instead of cascading, and fix the NUGET_TOKEN typo.

get_version.py now falls back to 0.0.0.<commit count> when git has no
tags, matching setup.py; previously $version was empty and the pack
step failed with a missing NuGetVersion.

cnkalman no longer requires a Python interpreter at configure time
(nothing consumes Python_*), so the -A Win32 build no longer fails on
x64-only runners.

make.ps1 now stops on the first failing cmake/dotnet step and checks
NUGET_TOKEN with the correct spelling.
