New chapter "Folder structure"

Here is a new chapter that explains how the folders are structured and their functions. Chapters have been renumbered.

I have also modified the extension chapter that will evolve with new Contao versions. It's almost a tutorial but it can be useful at the moment...

What do you think?

I like the idea of describing the folders, but I'm not sure if they belong to the manual? Maybe they are more like developer information?

Another problem is if we move the chapters into new folders, all URLs would be lost (or need to be redirectd). It's not a good idea to start a new chapter just for that, or would you add additional sub-chapters?

There are some technical parts, but overall, this chapter is useful for all users who want to install a version of Contao. So, it has its place in the manual in my opinion.

Yes it's not the ideal. Where can we insert this chapter in the existing content?
