• do can never finish on a project without a schematic: the ERC obligation from a board edit is never cleared

• Stage 4 rejects every part when SUBSYSTEMS.md numbers its headings ("## 2. Input protection"): 238 findings per attempt

• Part selection on a ~280-part BOM needs ~100 turns (default 40), and a refused attempt throws away every part it verified

• Draft engine still merges nets on dense sheets: ESTOP_SENSE drawn onto GND, stage 4 refuses twice

• Hosted workspace: closing or reloading the workspace tab killed a running create build about 2 minutes later

• npm test fails on a standard macOS KiCad install: 11 offline tests depend on the developer's machine (KiCad.app fallback, global fp-lib-table)

• copperhead check reports clean when the board is behind the brief: BRIEF.sha256 is never updated and nothing compares the brief with the design (follow-up to #174)

• review: a failed run on bad --tools/--sweep/--out leaves a partial record, so the same command then fails as 'not empty'

• Forbidden-pin check matches exact pin names on every part: misses IO0 on stock ESP32-S3 symbols, flags unrelated parts, and passes free-text rules unchecked

• Reused hierarchical sheets: only the first copy's parts are read, so check reports false drift and init leaves parts out of BOM.md

• layout-draft: move_footprint cannot place a part's Reference text, so silkscreen fixes need hand-computed rotated coordinates

• outputs/jlcpcb-bom.csv is written after the outputs stage commits, and the next resume commits it as 'commit completed stage spec-seed'

• devplan stage is skipped when an earlier stage writes a note into DEVPLAN.md: its completion check needs only one heading and one line

• Schematic intent IR has no ERC-exclusion or pin-type override, so datasheet-correct wiring on stock symbols (LIS3DH SA0 to GND, TPS22917 QOD to VOUT) makes stage 4 unfinishable
