The Quick Start shows mx_room_join but never demonstrates creating a new room with invites. Add a short example between the Quick Start and the What's Covered table.

Summary
Adds a short `mx_room_create` + `mx_send` example to the README, slotted between the Quick Start and the What's Covered table. The Quick Start only demonstrates joining an existing room; creating a new one with invites was undocumented.
