Restructure into a shared common/ tree with per-OS env/shell packages, selected by uname in the Makefile. Add Homebrew Brewfiles for macOS (formulae + casks) and Linux/WSL (formulae only) behind `make brew`. Make configs portable: gh credential helper resolves via PATH and oh-my-posh uses dynamic init, replacing hardcoded Linux paths. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
