feat: per-book reading days, upload and download - #43
Per-book reading days, stored and returned the same way the account's daily totals already are, so a reader can restore its full per-book history, not just the totals.
PUT /stats/books takes an optional daily list on each item ([{date, seconds}], up to 20, same shape and checks as the global upload). Days are kept per device and book in a new stats_device_book_day table, and a day sent again keeps the larger value.
GET /stats/books/{document} returns each device's days in its row and their per-date sum in combined.daily. A device restoring its own history reads its own row and never folds in another device's time.
GET /stats/books is new. It lists every book's stats, one item per device and book, a page at a time (limit, cursor, optional device_id). Each item includes the book's title, author, filename and language, so a client can match it to a local file without knowing the hash.
GET /stats/books also takes since (an earlier answer's until) to fetch only the books uploaded since then.
The new rows go with the book (deleteDocumentData, including merged copies) and with the account.
Tests cover upload and resend, invalid days, per-device and combined days, paging and the device filter, the filtered overview and deletion. docs/API.md is updated.

Walkthrough
Per-book stats uploads now accept daily reading entries and store them by device, document, and date. Responses and a new paginated endpoint expose daily data. Account overviews include uploaded and matched BookOrbit daily time, and cleanup removes the new records.
Changes: Per-book daily statistics
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Store uploaded daily statistics migrations/0035_book_days.sql, src/routes/v1/stats.ts, src/models/document.ts, src/routes/account.ts, test/book-days.test.ts, docs/API.md
Uploads validate daily entries and retain the larger value when a date is resent. The new table stores records by user, device, document, and date. Document and account cleanup includes these records.
Return and list book statistics src/routes/v1/stats.ts, test/book-days.test.ts, docs/API.md
Book-stat responses include per-device daily entries and combined date totals. GET /api/v1/stats/books returns paginated book stats with metadata and optional device and since filtering.
Include daily data in account overviews src/routes/v1/stats.ts, test/book-days.test.ts, docs/API.md
Overview calculations include uploaded daily totals and matched BookOrbit data. Session and existing totals are combined using maximum values, including per-day totals.

The identified pagination and reading-day issues are fixed. The daily upload, retrieval, and cleanup paths show no remaining actionable merge risk beyond normal checks.

Review comments at @docs/API.md:
- Around line 641-654: Update the GET /api/v1/stats/books pagination guidance to
describe `next` as an opaque cursor and instruct clients to URL-encode it when
passing it as `cursor`; preserve the existing limit and pagination behavior.
Review comments at @src/routes/v1/stats.ts:
- Around line 605-616: Exclude zero-second totals from the per-book daily
results in the query used by booksFor, so those days are not added to perDay or
counted by forBooks as reading days or streak days. Preserve the existing
grouping and positive-total behavior.
- Around line 378-380: Update cursor generation and parsing in the stats
pagination flow to use a delimiter that cannot appear in document values instead
of a fixed 32-character split, preserving the full document and device ID for
keyset comparisons. Update the cursor example in the API documentation to match,
and add pagination tests covering documents shorter and longer than 32
characters.

Clients can add a daily list to each book in PUT /stats/books, stored
per device like the global daily totals. GET /stats/books/{document}
returns each device's days and their sum, and the new GET /stats/books
lists every book's stats a page at a time with its metadata. Filtered
overviews use the days, and imported BookOrbit time now counts there
too.
An empty device_id no longer filters for a device called "". The
overview sums devices' days in SQL, one date helper serves both
places, and the docs say the book list shows merged copies under
their own hash.
The book list cursor splits the document from the device id at ':'
instead of assuming a 32-character document, and the docs say to treat
it as opaque and URL-encode it. Per-book days with no seconds no longer
count as reading days in filtered overviews.
