…s; CI workflows build.yml: matrix expressions are not allowed in steps.shell, so GitHub rejected the whole file and no job has run since May. deploy-docs: skip until the Site deploy key is configured.
…rade on Windows Linux and macOS runners install no mlx, so the Kolibri model tests and the prompt-cache tests errored at setup, and two TensorFold fallback tests relied on the host's real MLX probe. The Windows job failed on 'pip install --upgrade pip' (must be python -m pip). The library-cache test's temp-dir cleanup raced a writer on macOS.
…ns the memory gate check-version-sync read Cargo.lock with a regex that needs LF line endings, so it reported null on a Windows checkout. mflux engine/installer tests (bash stand-ins, Apple-only), the symlink cache test and /tmp paths are skipped or made portable on Windows. The video preload test no longer depends on the runner's free memory.

First run on this PR shows whether the cross-OS test jobs pass; they have not run for months, so a red result may be an old problem.deploy-docs.ymlis skipped until the Site deploy key exists (secretSITE_REPO_DEPLOY_KEYplus repository variableSITE_DEPLOY_ENABLED=true). Today it fails with a 403 on the push to ChaosEngineAI-Site.
