New version of ScaleBarIT v2.0.0

Updates:
- Pixel size selection
Creation of a new user interface for selecting the pixel size of an image if this has not been extracted directly from the image’s metadata. This uses the same methods as previously for selecting the pixel size, but a more streamlined and user-friendly of defining the pixel size from an image.
- Default settings
It is now possible to create a default settings file from the app. This allows the user to visualise specific settings before saving these as a default.
- New image export option – Copy
Copy the image with the scalebar to clipboard. Then paste into the document/presentation of choice.
- Transparency for background bar
A new pop up for determining the colour and transparency of the background used for a scale bar when the style of the scale bar is external or internal.
- Tidying up of menus
Grouped some of the menus for fonts and backgrounds given additional functionality introduced in v2.0.
- Loading an image file
Changed the behaviour of the app to remember the previous location of the last image so this folder will be opened automatically when the app is run again.
Bugs fixed
- Readjusting measurements or cropped rectangles
Bug fix so that the measurement line or the crop rectangle can be readjusted after an initial selection.
- Issue with hollow scale bar in the left position has been fixed.
