L6 Engagement Engine has been upgraded to v5.15.0 to achieve full parity with the April 2026 platform standards. This update focuses on robust multi-site identification within grid signals, ensuring compatibility with L2 and L7 telemetry conventions. Additionally, a new 'Solar Flare' achievement has been introduced to incentivize long-term solar-aligned charging behavior, complementing L4's market-aware grid signals. All core logic and new mechanics have been verified via a 14-test suite and a new multi-site ID verification script.

- Integrated helmet() middleware for security hardening.
- Synchronized service version to v5.15.0 across manifests and documentation.
- Deployed weekly product update for April 2026.
- Added verification suite for multi-site identification logic.
