L4 Market Gateway v3.8.6: Robustness & High-Fidelity Sync

This update synchronizes the L4 Market Gateway with the latest platform standards (L1 v10.1.4, L3 v3.3.2, L10 v4.3.6).

Key changes:

• Implemented extractSiteId helper for multi-key site identification parity.
• Added isNaN protection for physics and confidence scores in Kafka consumers and bidding logic.
• Enhanced BiddingOptimizer to extract high-fidelity scores from the L3 capacity breakdown.
• Standardized all scoring metrics as strings with four decimal places (.toFixed(4)) for L11 ML Engine audit trails.
• Integrated helmet for security hardening.
• Bumped L4 version to 3.8.6.
• Added verify_v3_8_6.test.js and generated the Weekly Product Update.
