Removes the natural-prose directives feature end to end: the terraform Rust module, IPC commands, output rendering and snapshots; the palette UI, composables, icons, types, keyboard/undo wiring, context plumbing and styles; plus the dev-doc references. Terraform was session-only, so there is no persisted data to migrate.
