ADR-0003's child 2 (the skill family) shipped in agent-skills v1.6.0 today, unblocking child 3: without the assembled bundle, the marketplace's fourth (non-engineering) audience still has nothing to install.

plugins/vibe-coding: the plain-language companion agent, the three skills bundled from agent-skills v1.6.0 (never hand-copied), both manifests + README updated in parity, and the plugin README documenting the consumer Stack-map contract and the VS Code delivery step.
